(Click on any picture to make it larger) The Chateau rentals will consist of three separate units. The top floor rental is nearing completion. ( IT'S DONE AND READY TO RENT) In the pictures here you can see the two wrought iron New Orleans style balconies with the walk-out porch on the bottom unit. The top unit, "THE SUITE", will have the highest tree top view overlooking the falls / rapids of the beautiful Spring River. The French doors open off of the dining / living room area onto the balcony with a small bistro table and chairs. Also shown is the cedar shake mansard roof that is on the third floor of the 1930's stone house.  ;void(0)) The New Kitchen
The new clay tiled kitchen nook has all new micro / convection oven, two burner cooktop stove, sink, small refrigerator with small freezer and attractive new cupboards and counter top. Right off this kitchen nook is the dining area furnished with a wrought iron glass top table and chairs and an antique french style hutch. There are french doors that lead to a private New Orleans style balcony overlooking the Spring River Falls. ;void(0)) The Special Bath Area
The upper rental has two bedrooms, one with a half bath that contains a small and unique turn-of-the-century cast iron railway sink. (A second one is pictured in the master bath in the pictures to the left.) Pictured here is the special main bath. In an archway-ed alcove you will find the two person lighted jacuzzi tub with its own radio. It is surrounded with marble walls, a small glass block window and a travertine titled floor. Oh yes, and don't forget the small crystal chandelier and wall sconces. Separate from the marble jacuzzi alcove is a doored necessity room where you can see the other cast iron railway sink. In a closet area there is a washer / dryer combo. ;void(0)) The Living/Dining Area
The Living area has a cozy fireplace for winter nights, cable tv with dvd/vcr, an assortment of videos, a large comfy over size couch and a wicker chair. ;void(0)) Little Bo Peep Bedroom
The little Bo Peep Bedroom is named for the picture of Bo Peep. It is furnished with an antique queen bed, wardrobe, pictures & chair. It has it's own privy with an antique sink & toilet. ;void(0)) Little Boy Blue Bedroom
The Little Boy Blue Bedroom is named after the antique picture of little boy blue which hangs on the wall. It is furnished with a very ornate French bed, with blue and ivory toile bedding, and dresser. The sitting area, with table and chairs, looks out into the back yard where, if you are up early enough, you might spot a family of deer that like to eat the tender grass. ;void(0))
On the back side there is a ramp entrance to the Chateau Suite On the river side the suite opens out onto a third floor balcony. Chateau suite rents for $150 a night with a two night minimum, plus tax and a one time cleaning fee of $25. Deposit required at time of reservation. No pets allowed.
