As you stand in the kitchen you will enjoy the view of the the Spring River out the double windows. The Manoir has a full kitchen and also a combination washer/dryer. The attractive French decorations add to its charm whether you are "the" chef or just the "cook" you'll feel at home. ;void(0))  ;void(0))

Enjoy the view of the river from the Riverview Bedroom or open the window at night and let the sounds of the Spring River lull you to sleep. You might even hear the mornfull sound of the train in the night from across the river. The Riverview bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The bedroom has a door off the kitchen and its own door into the bathroom. ;void(0))
SUN PORCH BEDROOM
 You will love the stone walled Sun Porch Bedroom. It has two walls of windows, six on one side & a large arched window on the other. There is a queen and full bed.    The room has a large antique wardrobe and other antique furnishings. The finishing touches of the mural and lighted stain glass in the former stone framed windows add a great final touch. ;void(0))
THE MANOIR BATH HAS A LARGE GLASS BLOCK WALK IN SHOWER.THE SHOWER PANEL HAS A RAIN SHOWER HEAD, 6 BODY JETS AND A HAND HELD SHOWER. THE BLACK FRENCH VANITY IS PAINTED WITH FLOWERS AND HAS A MARBLE TOP WITH A BRASS SINK . THE BATH CONTINUES WITH THE FRENCH DECOR. The Manoir rents for $150 a night up to 6 people ($10 for each additional person per night), plus tax and a one time cleaning fee of $25 . There is a two night minimum and a three day minimum over Holidays. Deposit required at time of reservation. Minimum cancellation notice of 72 hours or 7 days on holidays is required to receive a refund of deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 72 hours or 7 days on holidays in advance of day of arrival the deposit is forfeited. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

Note: "The Hardy Party 2009" was a family reunion held at the Riverview Compound. By the end of their 7 days they had 63 people here! The following three entries and one under the "Lodge" comments are from this group. They were great and we hope to see them again next year.
" This compound was amazing! The view was perfect and there was a perfect place to swim just down the street. The shower was a nice surprise and somehow we managed to fit 15 (well 14 and a 2 month old) in here. (Note from the owners . . . 15 in the Manoir not in the shower.)
