"The Villa" is the second building that was worked on and is the residence of the owners. A long with basic improvements, a new kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were completed. The upper porch was added with an antique railing and bedroom window grills from Roanoke, Virginia. Recenntly a bedroom and bath were added to the lower level walkout porch.

Adjacent to this is the compact kitchen, laundry and entry. Down the hall is the remodeled bedroom and new adjoining bath with a tiled walk-in shower. Next to the hall and down the stairway is the recenntly finished second bedroom and bath that exit out onto the lower level arched patio. ;void(0)) ;void(0))
